Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as "Tapping" combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure, it is referred to as tapping because you are literally tapping on stress-reducing pressure points of your body.
My approach to Tapping is a clinical evidence based approach that encourages connection to the body while creating a calmer state and new belief systems through meditation, somatic expression, and eye movement techniques, creating a powerful holistic mind-body approach to Tapping.
EFT Tapping helps release emotional blocks, resource and calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and create new belief systems.
Studies have shown to reduce cortisol levels (stress hormone) up to 43% in just one hour of Tapping. Cortisol reduction is correlated to greater psychological and physical well-being.
