1x 60 minute 1:1 Tapping Session 

A full 60 minute personalized tapping session. Ideal for focused support on a current stressor, belief block, or emotional challenge. These sessions can be booked at any time throughout your EFT journey and can build upon themselves.

Apply this fee toward a package if you decide to continue deeper work 

In 3 sessions we will work on a foundation of compassionate inquiry and safety within the body. This is perfect for a current emotional block or stress response and experiencing the benefits of continued support. 

This allows you to explore deeper patterns and stored stress, limiting beliefs, and body-held tension. This level of work creates the resourcing to dive deeper and reprocess events tied to what you are working on. 

After working on an internal foundation, you'll also have the time and space to integrate shifts or address lingering resistance to change. Together, we’ll work on building confidence, clear intentions, and goals while addressing any residual patterns from the past.

For clients or your team to experience a moment of stress reduction, calm mind, and ease tension. These sessions can build on themselves and become a routine part of your client and team care. 

Ease mental and emotional blocks that hold you back. This focused group helps participants gently ease resistance to their goals by addressing self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and inner barriers.
