1x 60 minute 1:1 Tapping Session 

A full 60 minute personalized tapping session. Ideal for a current stressor or belief block. These sessions can be booked at any time throughout your EFT journey and can build upon themselves.

In 3 sessions we will work on a strong foundation of compassionate inquiry and body-based safety, shifting through blocks or stress responses and regain forward momentum.

This allows you to explore patterns and stored stress, limiting beliefs, and body-held tension. This level of work creates the resourcing to touch on events tied to your focused area. 

After a strong foundation, you'll also have the time and space to integrate shifts.Together, we’ll work on clear intentions and goals, while moving forward with new perspective. 

For clients or your team to experience a moment of stress reduction to sharpen focus and productivity. These sessions can build on themselves and become a routine part of your client and team care. 

Ease blocks that hold you or your team back. This focused group help participants gently ease resistance to their goals by addressing self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and inner barriers.
